About JobCard
The lightweight operational layer between QuickBooks and the people doing the work.
QuickBooks is great at what it does. It generates customer-facing quotes and invoices, keeps the books straight, and gives owners a clean view of cashflow. But it was never built to be the internal job packet on site.
So the same details get re-typed into spreadsheets, dropped into WhatsApp threads or printed on paper. The team ends up with three half-versions of the truth, and the back office spends its time chasing status instead of running the business.
JobCard sits in that gap. You take an approved quote or invoice, add the operational detail your customer never needs to see, and share one secure link with the team.
What we're not
We're deliberately narrow. JobCard is not a scheduling app, not a CRM, not an inventory system, not an accounting tool, not a routing or dispatch product. We don't plan to be any of those things either. There are good products in each of those categories already.
Where we are today
JobCard is in private beta. Today you create job cards manually. Drafting them straight from QuickBooks estimates and invoices is the next thing on our roadmap. Beta members get founding pricing and a real say in what we build next.
